01. People

Arguably, this is the most crucial part of the triangle. ‘People’ refers to the human element within an organization. Without people, nothing can happen. In any project large or small we work with people in the client’s organizations one way or another. They take part in mapping and improving the processes, we might have to train people in new technology, or a methodology.  It could involve coaching & mentoring an employee.

When we are looking at the combination of People in a Process we look at things such as what Responsibility and Authority a person has within a process to make matters clear and quicker to come to decisions and what is expected from you in that process. 

In some cases, it involves recruiting and we can support that process too. 

02. Process

This is where a series of actions or steps taken is done to achieve a particular end.

What we can do here is a Process review through process mapping in various ways.

We identify KPIs, and Metrics to drive the process and the overall business. An important part is to clarify the interface between the processes and “input & output” as this area is often where we find problems and opportunities for improvement.

Another purpose of a Process Review is to create and visualize a common picture of the activities of employees and create an understanding and respect for the work of all colleagues.
